DIRECTOR

Gabriealla Moses is an award-winning American filmmaker of Dominican/Guyanese descent. Her directorial debut feature film, produced by Selene Films and filmed in the Dominican Republic premiered at Tribeca 2023, where it won the Nora Ephron award. She has a production design background based in Brooklyn, NY. She is a graduate of New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. Her production design work has been featured across top film festivals across the globe including Sundance, Toronto, Tribeca and SXSW. She believes in sharing stories with underrepresented protagonists that test viewer’s perceptions of identity and their imaginations.
